I am still working with a Desktop PC, Windows 7 Ultimate (not Windows 10!) at the moment, and I've had my Laserjet Pro since January 2020. Even so, I worry that the above issue may have to do with some failed Windows update.

The printer is constantly kept clean.ģ) The printer is kept connected to wifi, so it updates continuously. Paper in Tray 2 or rear panel still jams though.Ģ) I checked for any bits of paper or debris or dust.

I cannot solve either error: neither the frequent paper jamming nor the botched non-double-printing issue + mirrored printing error.ġ) I use plain A4 papers, and I always make sure either Tray has the papers fixed in place with their respective stoppers. The very same issues outlined above have been occurring if I feed paper from the inclined Tray 1. Then the Paper Jam error comes on, either for Tray 2 (Error Code 13.10) or for Rear Panel (Error Coded 13.09.14), and after I clear the jam of any paper, the other side pending to print (that failed to print the first time) comes out on a new sheet, again very slowly, and the text is all botched and mirrored (!) Literal mirrored text and images. I have been trying to print pdfs with double-printing feature enabled, but troubles started.įor multiple-page documents, and mostly text only, the printer has been printing one side of the paper, very slowly, with said paper coming out of the roller equally slowly and failing to pull the paper back to print the other side. Since yesterday (11 September 2020), it starting paper-jamming a lot, both in Paper Tray 2 and in the fuser/rear panel.
